Is Lincecum a Hall of Famer?

The Koufax comp came to mind immediately.

But Koufax was different because his body just wasn't going to allow him to continue.  Lincecum has had some injuries but he's also been terrible and hung around for too long.

But as good as Lincecum was, Koufax was just on another level.  Koufax is in the conversation as best pitcher of all time.  Lincecum is in the conversation as best pitcher for a small window of time in a high offense era.  Which is nothing to sneeze at.
