Gotta rant about this one. Cashner was bad today but the Rays had good approach at the plate and doinked a lot of hits in there. Cashner and Tanner Scott also battled well and got out of quite a few jams. They pitched their butts off and kept us in this game. But the offense was atrocious yet again. They did NOT give us a chance. Just another unwatchable 3 hit performance against some no-name pitcher. It's a disgrace!

For over a decade I have recommended that the Rockies start flamethrowing relievers. Twelve guys who pump the heat to counteract the elevation effect that decreases pitchers' ability to make the ball break.

Yes it's sad to see this team become so bad. It is a disgrace.

Banda is a pretty solid prospect but we do seem to have trouble with guys we haven’t seen before. It has been this way for few years.  Maybe it is the lack of scouts this organization employees for minor leagues or something.

So far in May, the O's have scored 3 runs or fewer in 14 of 24 games. We have a lousy offense. Doesn't matter who is pitching.

Game was unwatchable.  Defense has no range.   Team can't hit.   The Rays are actually tanking and they are beating us.   I don't understand how people are keeping their jobs.

The Rays are not actively tanking.

The Rays are in third place, two games under .500. In what way are they tanking?

Kind of seems like the definition of tanking.
