(MAY 8th)

After a mediocre start for the first month of the season (March/April), the Brewers have won 6 straight games, and are tied with the Cubs atop the NL Central with a 23-16 record.

They actually started the season at 7-1, and then lost 13 out of their next 21 games to fall to 15-14 ........ since then, they have won 8 out of 10 (including their current 6-game sinning streak.)

(SEPTEMBER 26th)

The Brewers, dealt a severe blow with the season-ending injury to Christian Yelich 2 and-a-half weeks ago, have been beating anybody and everybody ever since ........ the Brewers had won their 5th consecutive game when Yelich went down with a fractured kneecap on September 10th. They have gone 12-2 in the 14 games since, and are on a 17-2 overall run in their last 19 games.

The Milwaukeeans' 2019 season has been a quintessential example of "Next Man Up."
