I am excited about this too, but I hope ESPN will air these games during normal waking hours. I can't stay up all night watching KBO games no matter how starved I am for sports.

There is a game at 630 am.

It should be showing on http://livetv.sx/enx/allupcoming/ , tomorrow, but it is an unsecured site, proceed at your own risk.  I have never had a problem.  YMMV.  And if you're that desperate, this site also shows past games.

Some locations will be more open or more able to open than others.  The idea that All baseball could open with all home parks as early as July is definitely a stretch.
