If you think he bounces back and you can flip him at the trade deadline then yeah give him an offer.  

Honestly though I would just let him go.

Good point, Fry probably needs to show something these next six weeks to avoid being non-tendered.

I’m not saying this to get a laugh but I think Fry is better than this. This is an awful funk.

I could see the Orioles try and figure out a one year deal with him.

I must say I really hate modern baseball with the four five six pitchers per game each team.  I hate seeing that crap.  I remember Tippy Martinez where they would let him pitch three innings or more sometimes.

Almost anyone that can find their way on a 40 man roster is better than this.

Is Fry good enough to be worth bringing back?

 

It's pretty clear that if an offer was on the table at the deadline he should have been traded.

He went 7 in relief once.   And I think he gave up one hit.   And the Orioles came from behind to win.

Outside of Means, I don't know if any other Orioles starters have gone 7 innings this year. I want to say maybe Harvey or Zimmerman.

If he agrees to your price he is good enough. If Orioles let him go he is guaranteed to get better deal?  Point being offer him similar money to this year with bonuses.
