Found a full explanation on MLBTR. Apparently the Gutierrez move is not official yet. 

Greene to 40 man at Norfolk. Franco DFA makes room on the 40 man. Jones up to take Franco's spot on the active roster.

I am interested in taking a look at Greene. He allowed that big bomb to Cruz at the worst time, but Cruz does that to a lot of people and he did appear to have a live arm.
