Sig doesn't strike me as the type who would prefer to be the big boss. Seems too smart to be the guy in charge .

Speaking of Sig, he was interviewed on the Inside the Yard podcast a couple of months ago: https://www.audacy.com/podcasts/baltimore-orioles-inside-the-yard-podcast-59157/s2-ep-21-assistant-gm-and-vp-of-analytics-sig-mejdal-685558746   I wish I could say he was asked a lot of great questions that got into what the analytics department is doing now vs. two years ago, but unfortunately the questions were pretty general and bland.
