O’s just tied their 2017 win total

2017 was the last time we were still in there the playoff race in September, but that team collapsed down the stretch and finished with 75 wins.  This team just tied that total, with 20 games left to play.  Hopefully we leave that 2017 team far in the rear view mirror.

That was the beginning of the end. Awful finish. Team looked like they packed it in.

That was the year the heart of the lineup hit 29, 26, 25, 33, and 24 homers.  Oh wait, that's how many homers the top five starters allowed. That's was Chris Tillman's 2011 Brian Matusz impersonation, giving up 86 runs and 24 homers in 93 innings.
