As of today they're 31.5 games ahead of last year.  Could end the year anywhere from +30 to +33. 33 would be tied with the '46 Red Sox for 2nd-biggest one-year improvement since 1900.  30 would be 9th.

'88-89 Orioles were 32.5.  They'd have to sweep the Blue Jays to beat that.

If Hyde doesn't get manager of the year I'm burning the place down.  Not sure which place, but some place...

I’m very happy this didn’t come down to the last day.   Now everything is gravy from here.  We’re playing with house money!

Great pitching Friday and today.  The team scored 5 runs in the series and took 2 of 3.   That’s tough to do.
