That's a Big Win

Yes, we needed to recover our mojo and that should wipe away any hangover from the Saturday debacle.  Feels good to see a quick, we’ll-pitched game.  Defense still had a couple hiccups but we made several outstanding plays.

Huge win with alot of team contributions. Anthony Bemboon held it together catching for the pitchers to complete the shutout. Great defense behind the mound all across the board with maybe 1 or 2 exceptions on a throw. But even then, Mountcastle saved a bad throw from Mateo when he jumped up and snagged it to keep it from going bye. Mounty also had a diving catch on a ground ball. Kyle Stowers got the defense started on Tyler Wells very first pitch with a GREAT catch, and then had great communication with Mullins to lock down that part of the outfield. Adam Frazier had a GREAT catch and showed some very nice range out there tonight. Gunnar and Jorge Mateo both had great at bats that got the Home Runs we needed, and Frazier nearly got another one with that deep fly ball to the fence in right-center.

Orioles showing a little moxie that has been missing here at OH.  Every win is a good one.  Getting back to .500 after an underwhelming showing in Boston is a good feel.

Orioles will need to get their pitching under control.  This team will be as successful as pitching allows.  Last night was a gusty performance and kudos all around.

I agree - would have been really easy to lose that game with Bradish going down so early.

Big ups to Wells, that was some pitching.

By the way, Bradish looked outstanding.

That was the extra disheartening thing in Bradish’s injury. He looked really good. Of course, Texas looked lost last night.
