Thursday afternoon: O's vs A's complete 4 game battle-of-the-vowels series

Pleased with Gibson.  Hugely disappointed in Irvin.  We all wanted Rodriguez in this rotation.  Bradish is hurt.  Kremer was good last year and sucks this year.  Wells is probably best suited for a relief role.  Means is out for three months. 

Hopefully, Bradish comes back in good form and Rodriguez settles in.  Kremer goes down when Bradish comes back.  And Irvin at least does what he has done in the past.  You use the first 20-40 games to figure out what you got and what you need.  Still got a lot of games to play.

Can you imagine how many runs we would give up to the Rays right now?  Thank god there's time for them to cool down before we face them.  Pitching staff needs to get their &$#* together.  

At least the offense is showing up, and Mullins, Santander and Henderson haven't even started hitting yet.

Rays are facing nothing but bad teams out of the gate but they sure are capitalizing on it unlike us. 12-0 is just insanity but they're pretty much one of the few teams with any GOOD starting pitching from top to bottom at the moment.
