I'd only go to Voth if Mounty clears the bases. Other wise, I'm giving Baumann the 8th.

I personally am watching.  Not sure what I am seeing just yet.  If he can hit consistantly there is no telling how valuable he is.  The defense is solid to great.  The stealing is great.  If he becomes a solid average hitter he is going to be just awesome.   

I guess Elias just really wants to figure out what we have in Mateo.  I would imagine most any team that thinks they might be a World Series contender would find a place for Mateo on their lineup.  

Mateo was a real highly thought of prospect four years ago with the Yankees.   Things just didnt happen for him then.  Maybe he is one the late bloomers?

Would be amazing to pick up a Gold Glove 50 SB guy on waivers.  Very amazing.
