What’s funny is that we had a poll on how many games this team would win.  99 people voted.   7 posters thought this team would win more than 90 games.  One team made the playoffs with less than 90 wins in the AL last year.  
 

I guarantee that there are people who did not think this was a playoff caliber team that are now complaining that it’s not a championship caliber team.

Have you seen the game threads?

I swear they were more positive when the team was bad.  Posters just nitpicking the tiniest thing....while the team is ahead.  We all know I'm negative but geez folks, have some reasonable expectations.

And...what's wrong with that? We saw the window open a year earlier, so let's go for it. When opportunities come around, take them. We may not get it next year. Adley may get injured. Others may get suspended

The only thing I would add is that we see who is feared from our own (and the media's) perspectives, which may differ some from how opposing teams view things.

So, the same people who didn’t have a good handle on this team suddenly know what’s needed?
