Somebody poster a twitter post from LSU saying he will officially sign with the Orioles. Good enough to assume he's going to sign.

Doesn’t appear we’ve signed anyone officially yet. Riley already said he’s definitely signing but don’t think numbers are out or that they’ve even put pen to paper yet.

Sometimes you see stuff on Twitter but it seems as though most are announced at the same time after physicals.  It was announced on mlb trade rumors that Seattle had already signed all of their picks except for 2.   I would guess that we probably have agreements in place with as many as 15 but we may not get official confirmation until closer to the actual deadline.

Doesn't Elias tend to drop a bunch at once instead of a slow trickle of names?
