Looks like a kid that really had limited success converting to pitcher with Frostburg this year, but showed well in the college league. Nice depth on that slider. Reminds me a bit of Reese Sharpe who was the Orioles #20 pitcher last year. 

Nice little upside for a UDFA.

Looks like he's got some decent movement on the fastball as well.
