I don't know about you, but I would have rather had a runner at second with only one out. That was the much higher percentage play than relying on a man with an almost sub .100 batting average to get a knock.

He will stay up but start to sit a little more like they did with Gunnar for awhile.  Mounty will get his at-bats.  Cowser always struggles when he first gets to a new level. Not sure why anyone thought it would be different.

2nd round is nothing to sneeze at but it makes a difference.

O’s could really use Cedric back in the lineup.  Cowser is just lost at the plate right now.  He’s missing hittable pitches, sometimes several in an at bat.

Os hitters not there yet.  Probably a year away from being an elite offense.  Not sure how this team is supposed to perform against top tier pitching.  Could really use a top veteran bat.

Gunnar has gone from being nit aggressive enough on first pitch to a little too aggressive. He needs to ge in a few more favorable counts.
