I was surprised that he is only 67. It seems like he has been 75 for the past 30 years. Still, I can think of other things to do besides rebuilding the Mets.

In a close game, it's wiser to play the odds. But now thay we've broken it open we can afford to be more aggressive and take bigger risks.

Urias also had no business scoring through the stop sign. Seems the O's have something on the Mets defense.

Not much.

Had Hernia surgery back in May and still have some issues with the scar tissue.

Seems pushing heavy things isn't a good idea.

I hope to start back up soon, the heat down here makes even going for walks pretty dreadful.
