Yes.  FIOS, Howard County.  Exactly as you describe, broadcast has frozen for 1-2 seconds several times during the game, including during the flight of Santander's HR

Experiencing the same thing in Montgomery Co.  Fios seems to have this issue on a daily basis now.  Very annoying.
