Apparently we were thinking about the same thing. And @Moose Milligan, he was 0 for 12 until he got his first hit per what I saw. He broke his hitless streak vs. Warren Spahn with a HR over the roof at Polo Grounds. 

I was typing my Mays tidbit when you posted yours.

I think 2-3 of the players could be regulars for the Orioles. Yet they are highest scoring team in the league.
