Don't short change my dude O'Hearn.  He had a double and 2 rbi on that play so accounted for 3 of our runs total!

My gold medal goes to O'Hearn.  Kremer gets the silver (would have been gold if he had gone 6 innings, though I understand the need to limit his pitches on his first start back). 

Urias gets the bronze for starting the big rally with a tenacious walk.  He may not have a role on this team going forward but I appreciate his reliable defense and his professional at bats.  If we let him go, he will catch on and play well somewhere.

7/5/2024 3-2 @ A's, Suarez pitched six strong and Hays had three hits, but I'm giving my gameball to Adley for that clutch take to draw a bases loaded walk (after a big walk to start the rally on Wednesday), which turned out to be the GWRBI. Also a base hit and IBB.

7/14/2024 6-5 walkoff win vs NYY... I watched only the 9th inning of this game... Cedric got the game winner but that was really a gift from Verdugo. Arguably this should be the second gameball of the year for "Yankees defense". So based on what I saw, my gameball goes to Stowers for the base hit to start the rally. 

Based on the box score, appears Perez got some big outs.

July 20 8-4 @TEX, Cowser had a four star catch and reached base 3x and Grayson finished strong. Gameball goes to Mullins for the hustle bunt single plus a walk and crushed HR.

1.  Burnes pitching 7.1 IP 3 runs and really unlucky on the last 2 given the ball ricocheted of his shoe, and then the pen, blowing it.

2.  Cowser - Big 3 run home run

3.  Perez - Saved the day in the 10th by stranding the ghost runner for the win.

My game ball goes to McCann.  He saved the tying run with an unbelievable stab and had to block about 5 potential wild pitches in the last two innings of that game.
