I loved the shoutout to Gold Star Mothers in the pregame.  My grandmother was very active in her chapter, even traveling to DC from Los Angeles in the early 1950s to represent them at an annual National Convention. (My uncle died in service during WWII)

I’m really impressed that any of our pitchers (BP in particular) have been able to keep this lineup from going on a tear. Will be pleasantly surprised if we can do it all 3 games

I've been watching baseball for four decades and could count on one hand the number of times I've seen a pitcher hit a runner with a pickoff throw to second, so I'm sure that bodes well.

I think Marte is, but Walker is one of their better hitters.
