The upside is immense, but parting with Holliday is highly unlikely, as it should be.  The White Sox may not get the return they want.  What I'd give up is a tough consideration.  Was thinking Kjerstad, but perhaps a more reasonable offer would be something akin to Beavers, McDermott, and Willems.

5 out of 13 after dropping illness designations which don’t count IMO, are to the hand, wrist, fingers. Is he a ball magnet? A Hammy, Calf, Quad, and knee all for a speed guy in 2023. Seems like the hip is recurring 2021, 2023, and 2024 is a concern.

He makes Hays seems like the model of health.  I can't see the White Sox parting with him except for a huge price.  For Beavers, McDermott and Willems that seems like a more than fair trade but they would laugh at it.

I had posted Kjerstad straight up for Roberts, but felt spreading out an offer over multiple prospects may serve us better.  You may well be right about laughing at Beavers, McDermott and Willems.

Some of the things said on 105.7 have to be just pure bluster or "clickbait."  There's simply no way guys who have any idea about sports could seriously believe what they ask.

Even if we limit it to 2022-2024, it's Mullins 6.9 , Roberts 7.1. Why do we think this is some sort of massive upgrade worthy of the #1 prospect in baseball. I'd barely do it straight up considering it's almost a wash and it might mess up the clubhouse chemistry.
