Means wont be resigned unless he does a one year team friendly deal.  Means will not ever get the big money.  He sadly has had injuries screw up his chances.

If Irvin isn't pitching when this game resumes, I'll be at a total loss. He has an ERA of 2.73 and a WHIP of 1.04 and he's thrown less than eight innings since May 3.

I hate to say you're right.  His current ERA of 2.61 is great, but w/ a 88/89 fastball and shaky command, it's due for a massive correction.
