Akin is way too inconsistent to be relied on. We have 2 spots open in the pen and need to figure it out soon.

Only thing is, there's nobody in the AAA pen you feel great about bringing up.

Well, let's hjope they bring in some bum who isn't Jansen now that it's 5 runs, and he puts on the first 3 guys and leaves a mess for Kenley to try to clean up

In the past teams used to bring up starting prospects and start them in the bullpen to work them towards being a starter.

Povich needs to pitch as a starter to continue to develop as one. He has no business being in the pen right now.

Call up Povich maybe he starts and Suarez goes to the bullpen. Or Povich can pitch out of the bullpen the team needs to do something.

this game was over when we didnt score with no out and the bases loaded...hope we play better tomorrow...but we're facing the Red Sox Crawford and we dont hit him that well.....this was the game to win..
