It was a complete misfire by Elias knowing Bautista was gone. The Orioles needed Kimbrel and another hard throwing reliever. It was obvious the first half version of Cano from last season was a mirage.

Finally, that last sinker from Cano was the only good one he threw all night.

Gotta score more. A 1 run lead in Yankee stadium is very unlikely to hold up.

I'm sorry, I think our defense has been extremely shaky the last couple of weeks. That inning in particular had two errors and almost a third. There's been a lot of bad throws and mental mistakes.

Cano is pitching himself into mop up duty. He's really got no business pitching in leverage situations.
