Feels like Elias legitimately thinks there is marginal value in a DH/PH against lefties a la Austin Hays. The defensive skills are lackluster, though. His statcast is very odd. Some really good attributes and some really meh attributes. I wonder if they think he can be fixed? Interesting move to say the least.
