I expect the production of a below-average #9 hitter, whatever that is. It's up to the rest of the guys to make it so we're not relying on much out of his spot. Give him a full season to start even think about realizing his potential.

Anything above .332 and he'd have the 2nd highest OBP on the team.  (Adley is at .332, Gunnar is at .373)  I'd be happy with that too.

I'd be happy with a 240-250 BA and a decent walk rate to get him to around a 320 OBP coupled with good defense at 2B. Anything more would be gravy.

I would keep my expectations in check on Jackson for rest this season . I agree on leaving him to focus playing and enjoying the games . It’s easy to forget he’s still 20 . As for his power , let him work on bat to balls skills first , the power will come eventually .

Field 2B at least like an average major leaguer.  Work some counts.  Draw some walks.  Not K an outrageous amount.  Would be nice if he could OPS around .700.  Anything over is a bonus.
