He and Chris surfed and went to Athletes Performance down near San Diego. Not AZ.

I suggested on the other Orioles board that Matusz works out with Brady this off season. I expect Matusz to rebound next year if he takes this training seriously. Nick Markakis is another player that I think would greatly benefit from working out with him. Markakis seems to have gotten kind of scrawny and his power numbers have dipped. I think if Brady helped him beef up, he could have 30 home run power.

Reimold's OPS jumped 171 points from 2010-2011 and he looked like an average outfielder.

I'm more concerned about Matusz's mechanics than what shape he's in, but this can only be good.
