Actually, Brady may know some. He went to Japan with Cal to hold baseball camps in November to tsunami/earthquake victims.

Maybe squats and stuff to build explosiveness in the legs but I've never heard of pitchers doing heavy lifting with the arms and upper body. Of course, I could just be behind the times.

I looked on azcentral.com and couldn't find any quotes from Tommy Hunter. I did find the Brady Anderson article but that is from January 2011. If you can, please show me the link where Tommy Hunter says he is doing a lot of heavy lifting. As a college pitcher myself, I am intrigued on how their offseason lifting program compares to mine.
