They are not throwing. They are on an Oriole approved strength program. Not the after Brady bulking that Reynolds did last year to make himself a DH. These guys all need strength and endurance.

BTW , it is better than the Surf and Xbox program of the Winter of the Throatee.

Well, Correnti has only been on the job a week or so. Brady's been working with some of these guys (Matusz, certainly) all offseason, if not before then.

This is great news. I am sure Brady knows what he is doing so there should be no worries about that. Pitchers don't do much heavy lifting in the offseason. It's mainly conditioning to get them to last through the season.

Correnti is the league expert on pitching mechanics and throwing drills. I am certain that he will have complete control when they begin that aspect and are done off season conditioning.
