OK. Offense is NOT the problem tonight. If we lose, this is 110% on the pitching staff. I don't care HOW stupid the position players act for the remainder of the game (unless their defense is stupid; I mean I don't care how stupid they act at the plate).

The bats have delivered a win into the hands of the bullpen, and/or Tillman. Now the big question: can we hold a 6 run lead for 7 half-innings? 21 outs seems like an awful lot tonight.

I'd still prefer not to see Strop. :mad:

That Orioles Magic. A botched ump call and 2 looking strikes get Bautista out.

The game is weird that way. A home run scores the same number of runs no matter how far it's hit, or how much of a slugger the batter is. We get owned by average / above-average guys, yet we manage to sit down the big guy.

Think you should take the "quixotic" from your handle and insert a big fat "AHH THE WORLD IS ENDING."
