I only want him coming back out if he is the best pitching option we have at this point in the game, but I imagine he is not, but I also imagine Buck loves the win rule for his starters....

He'll have a short leash. I agree that he should come out, but this game in particular is a product of having lots of extra innings and short starts recently. Almost don't fault Buck for wanting to overextend one starter if he can.
