I haven't read the whole topic, but I hope people aren't still in denial about this. Its looking more and more likely than Dan will go, and at this point it might just be smart to let him go and move on instead of letting this be a constant distraction.

Well i trust Ken unlike most here. If Dan heart isn't 100% for the Oriole let him go. I would rather have someone that wants the Orioles job.
