He's back! BUT, he got a 50 game suspension.

Per Roch...

Minor league left-hander Lex Rutledge received a 50-game suspension without pay after a second positive test for a drug of abuse.

Rutledge was on Single-A Frederick's roster, though he didn't pitch last season after retiring. His suspension begins at the start of the Carolina League season.
