Why not walk Boegarts to set up the double play?

That was weak bullpen management by Buck. Shouldn't have let Matusz to come back out for a second inning. After laboring in the 8th. And to face a righty leading off. Terrible.

The Orioles are playing a 4-game set, they can't use every pitcher in the first game.

Usually something like what happened tonight might make you look more at roster management for an answer rather than conserving pitchers. But right now there aren't many options available out of the minors.
