Only an Orioles fan in 2016 can look at Worley's line of 2.2 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 2 BB, and 0 K and think, how soon can we get this guy in the rotation? Lol.

Wilson is a perfect #5. He'll have the occassional clunker but he'll usually keep you in the game.

Luck ran out tonight, he is not a mlb starter and definitely not a starter for a playoff team.

Let's face it, every single one of our guys is a stretch for their spot. Tillman would be better as a #2, Gausman should be a #3, Gallardo should be a #4, Ubaldo should be a #5, and Wright and Wilson should be the next man up in AAA.

Unfortunately I see no better options. Been there, done that with Wright. Worley is coming off injury, probably borderline anyway. Gunkel and Miranda are just adjusting to AAA. Despaigne has a low ERA but has been giving up tons of baserunners.

Wilson had a 4.50 ERA going into the game last night. Not great but not terrible. I would be OK with giving him another shot vs Anaheim and NYY. If he gets crushed by weaker lineups too, then make a move.

We’re reminded again of the huge jump between Triple-A and the majors.

Wright could come into play later, but the Orioles may as well leave him alone to continue working out the kinks and building confidence.

Going back to Wilson or Wright is like taking sour milk out of the refrigerator and putting it back in and hoping the next time you open the door the milk is fresh. It just isnt going to happen.Not this year anyway.These guys just arent ready for the bigs.
