Does it reflect poorly on me that I wasn't entirely sure Homer Bailey was still active? Or that I didn't know that the Reds has signed up to a perplexing $100M deal after just one season with a FIP below 3.50 in a non-DH league. His peak season he had a 112 ERA+. Career FIP 0.18 off of Bud Norris.

Is Bailey even in pitching shape? Is he recovered from (assuming TJS)? He's owed at least $75-$80M and at this point we're not even sure he's a major league pitcher. At least Ian Kennedy is reasonably sure that his arm is still attached.
