Why would you not hit Ramon there?. A home run threat in a one run game. I had no problem with it at all. You are not going to hit him for any guys at the top of the order.

I didn't mean that it was a bad move, just that it was very unlucky that the first ball of the next inning was hit to Fahey and a stronger arm would have gotten the out. I could have gone either way on the pinch hitting decision, but the defense you're left with after the fact has to be a consideration.
