Considering he could have been had for a lot less during the winter I would be very surprised if we got him.

If we can get even a 4.50 era starter would help tremendously. I still have hope that Wright can be that 4.50 ,era starter.

I dunno how they'd find him AB's, unless they were considering flipping Trumbo for a pitcher and replacing him with Bruce. That'd be a big move if they did it.

Based on what? Several teams kicked the tires on Bruce this off-season, he had been in a decline and there were questions about him and the Reds wanted too much.
