From the Twins at that. I read that Wieters may be heading to Atlanta in a 2 year deal with an option. That's coming from reading an Atlanta fan saying what they hear down that way though.

The C position reminds me of how FA relievers used to be. Very thin market and very volatile from year to year in terms of production. I say bring in 2-3 vets to compete with Joseph and see who sticks. Don't pay guaranteed millions for replacement level production.

Give me one of Avila/Pena/Soto etc..., and Clevenger and I'll be happy. Pair that with Joseph, F.Pena in AAA, Sisco in AAA, and use the money on RF and keeping our guys.

This is what I'm thinking. No reason to pay these catching options millions of dollars when you have about the same chance to get the production for the league min.
