Looks like Kim has told the Korean team, he wont be joining their team.

I'm rooting for team Netherlands.  Call me a traitor but I'm not rooting for a team that didn't ask Manny to be the starting 3rd basemen.

I find it hard myself to watch much of the WBC, doesn't interest me.

Orioles on the field and a MLB game!

While I appreciate the game of baseball and have my entire long life, there are only so many hours a day.

I would be OK with Givens. Young guy, no history of arm trouble. He could use the experience to work on his change-up to LHBs. 

Jones, Manny, and Kim make zero sense and I would expect them to skip after having the honor of being named.

I guess thats the difference, I dont consider it meaningful, almost like the ASG, you pray your guys don't get hurt and lost for the season.
