I agree. Also dangling Smith. What's the point of having a good bullpen when you're down 8-0 every game. We need SP. Trading Trumbo somehow would be nice.

Not really. I think the FO could do more trading. Maybe I am wrong though.

Naw, I was assured yesterday that it is fine to wait until the deadline.

Evidently the indicators that this year the moves were coming earlier was just a figment of my imagination.

Those pieces could be flipped over to us so I don't assume the market to them is closed.  I'd rather we sent our bullpen assets to them than any other playoff contending team.  (I'll take unpopular opinions for $1,000,  Alex)

He also knows what are not only non-starters but will get Angelos to push the Mr. Burns model, "release the hounds" button under his desk.
