I guess we are playing a double header tomorrow if we don't play tonight? Because the forecast isn't looking good at all until about 2am.

Forecast looks fine tonight after 7pm or so. I'd say there's a one hour delay and then the game gets in fine.

If for some reason there is a cancellation, would seem the only option is to play a doubleheader tomorrow. Not feasible to bring Seattle back here.

It says "Rain" every hour up until midnight with a 65-70% chance on every hour. And it will have been raining for a solid 10 hours by the time the game time is here. 

I wish I had as much confidence as you do, but I can't see it. 

The last thing I want is for it to be PPD and kill our momentum.

They might. It might disrupt his routine enough for something magical to happen. Like the O's scoring a single run against him, which they have yet to do.

My wife and I several times have checked the weather forecast on our iPhones simultaneously and have gotten different forecasts even though we're 20 feet apart.    Here in DC, it looks like the rain will stop around 8 pm.

Looks like the rain will stop between 8 and 9; it'll last a little longer in Baltimore than DC.  Only a 15% chance of rain after 9.
