O's Potential will be on display in Spring Training.  That should be exciting.

Starter of the present Means, and Cobb will be there .  But also we will get to see Akin and Kremer.   Not on the 40 man roster but Baumann and Lowther will probably get some innings in the the big camp.      Rule 5's Bailey and Rucker will be there.     Wojo is expected to have a spot in the rotation until the young guys take over.

This will be a glance of the future.

The pen will see some competing for the back end.   Harvey in high leverage situations.   Givens and Bleier  setup men.   But there will also be guys that can hit the upper 90's with their fastball. Carroll, Scott and Kline can crank it up there.  Castro and Tate in the mid 90's.   I will be very curious to see what Sulser can do.  He has a real shot at nailing down a OD spot.  Long relievers Kohl Stewart, Hess  and maybe Rucker will try to win spots.   While Fry and Phillips probably quietly go about their season prep.

There is enough depth in the pen to have a good season.

And Elias is probably not done.   He is on the look out for rotation help so the young guys are not rushed.

They've said Rutschman will see some ST time as well, I'm guessing later in spring as a minor league camp fill in. But that will be exciting to watch. Hopefully those games are televised.

Looking forward to seeing Mountcastle get a ton of run and making it tough on Elias.

Pitching is pretty interesting as you mentioned.

Utility infield should be a pretty good battle.

Our ST pitching staff won’t be very much different then how we will have to cover innings in the regular season.

It'll be interesting to see Wells, Kremer, Baumann, and Zimmerman get some ST innings.  We can at least get a glimpse of the future.

Yeah, no.  I'll wait until they're in the bigs and not trying to get outs against a Mets non roster invitee.

Love your pithy previews, to whet our appetites while we await the sounds of horsehide smacking into mitts and cracking off bats! :)
