Harvey hurt, Means ineffective, guys in the minors not getting it done.  At some point they need to turn all this spin rate stuff into results.

It's nice that the O's are up to speed with other teams now but if you are in last place and you are running as fast as everyone else you are need to rely on the rest of the field tripping.
