I’m pleasantly surprised with Lakins. My choice to go down was Hess, Carroll or Phillips, but I wouldn’t have minded sending down Lakins either, but I’m glad he stayed, at least for now.

Classic Mid-Atlantic thunderstorm after a scorching hot day might require the O's to score in Bot 5 or just flat-out lose the game. Either that, or keep playing and delay the 5th inning long enough for the rain to come.

If we have a fast inning and we don't score, I think we'll lose the game to weather.

But if we score two runs and then it rains, they'll delay until 2AM to give the Yankees a chance.
