Wow we executed an infielder to catcher tagout play.  Sea like we have been AWFUL at that this season.

I see the play was scored as a double and an error allowing Wendle to get to third.

Was it a legitimate double, or was it a ball that should have been caught in the first place?

Yeah but trying to score in the first place was stupid. That was lousy base running.

Yeah it was over his head and off the wall.  Not saying someone like Mookie Betts wouldn't have caught it but it would have been a great play.

He sure looks it but he’s actually has above average speed...he’s just not a good defender. We can hope he improves, because only one guy can man 1b at a time.

Speed and athleticism are not synonyms. Dude has terrible coordination.

He sure looks clumsy, that’s for sure. But there must be a reason they moved Mountcastle to first and left Stewart in RF. Maybe MC was just that Bad in left. I don’t know what they’ll do when Santander returns next season. Even with Nunez and Davis gone, the Os’ll have 3 DH/1Bs, maybe four, if Sisco Enters the mix.
