Wild party every weekend in the apartment above me. It gives me stress. But these days you can't ask for considerateness without risking getting one's head blown off. Building rules dictate that they have to lay carpet down on at least 80% of the floor and they definitely haven't done that. Hear a lot of shoe heels dragging directly on creaking wood plank. Wish they would do their dancing at a club. Sometimes it goes to 1:30 am. My peaceful retirement.

I've had that problem. That's the exact reason why I always get a top floor room.
