Would you send Kremer back to Bowie?

It worked for Cedric Mullins.  His stuff is too good for him to pitch this bad.  It has to be mostly between his ears.  When Grayson goes to Norfolk maybe you send him and tell him just try to dominate hitters at that level with your stuff.

Sure.  It couldn't hurt.  But I'm someone who thinks Kremer won't amount to anything at all so why not try?

At the same time, "It worked for Cedric Mullins" isn't a plan.  Mullins dropped hitting from the right side and figured he could hit lefties better than he thought he could from the left side.  That isn't this with Kremer.

Mullins had already worked his way back to the majors before dropping switch hitting.  He had a respectable .723 OPS last year at the major league level.   Obviously nothing like this year, but it’s not like he just went straight from AA to a .900+ OPS guy by dropping switch hitting.   He’d already pulled himself together to a large degree.

Back to Kremer (who blew a 2-run lead in the 9th last night), I’d be patient with him in AAA.   Not good to bounce him around too much, especially considering the difference between the baseballs used in AA vs. AAA and the majors

I'm in favor of just trying to turn him into a 1 or 2 inning pitcher and see if he can throw strikes and overpower hitters for an inning or two.   Might not work but it's getting to desperation time for him.   Leave him in the bullpen for the rest of the year and tell him to concentrate on two pitches, fastball/curveball and let it all hang out for 1 inning, 2 innings max.

He has no command right now.  It’s been a problem all year.  One of the several players who will look at 2021 as a lost year.

Will we hear that he has been playing through an injury?  Is it a mechanical issue?  Does he just suck?  Does he not listen to coaching?  Full of himself?

RZ is probably right that he should go to the pen.  He has the stuff to be a back end of the pen type guy.  Not sure I move him right now but he’s one of the many guys where I question the development of the pitching under this regime.

Seeing as how the previous 20+ years the Orioles have produced All-Star after All-Star regarding Pitchers I've got to hear what issues you perceive there regarding the development of pitching under Elias/Holt.

He induced a pop-up last night that would have ended the game and preserved the shutout.  But it fell in no man's land between 1B, 2B and RF.    He should not go down because of that game.

I'd be shocked if the results of one game had a profound impact on the decision making process.

No point in that. He already proved he can handle AA. I'd keep him in the bullpen at Norfolk into next season and see if he can figure it out.

My biggest concern is how many of our prospects seem to struggle at the AAA level. I'd be looking into changes at that level if I was the Orioles front office.
