Any thoughts on why we didn’t put in a claim for this guy? Jays 16th best prospect,  can start, can’t be worse than numerous guys we have, no?

Too good? Don’t want a player impacting them positively when the goal is so close.

Seriously though, there must be a certain amount of logic for why they passed on him. It’s just that the fact that he is probably better than anybody we have is not part of that logic.
